Preporuka je 2 do 3 treninga nedeljno, uz jednu utakmicu vikendom. Akcenat je na driblingu, preciznosti pasa i kontroli lopte.<\/li><li><strong>Uzrast 13-16 godina (Faza specijalizacije):<\/strong> Ulaskom u pubertet, telo postaje spremnije za ve\u0107e napore.
