History
Foundation: The club was founded in the spring of 1952 as part of the "Mladost" Sports Association, which started the tradition of football in Lucani.
The first trophy: Already in 1967, the first significant success arrived - winning the Cup of the Čačany sub-association, which was an incentive for further development.
Rise: During the 1970s and 1980s, the club recorded steady progress, making its way through the national and inter-national leagues. The crowning moment of that period was 1989, when they won the Inter-Republic League and earned placement in the Second League of SFRY.
First League: The 1994/95 season brought a historic breakthrough - entry into the First "B" League, and soon after into the First "A" League, where they found themselves side by side with the strongest clubs in the country.
Europe: The club's greatest success came in 1996, when they qualified for the Intertoto Cup. That season, Mladost achieved victories over Partizan and Crvena Zvezda, which was recorded as a historic moment.
Contemporary period: Today, FK Mladost is a stable member of the Serbian Super League, known for developing young players and providing strong resistance to renowned rivals.

Stadium: The club plays its matches at SRC "Mr Radoš Milovanović" in Lučani, which has a capacity of about 3,600 seats.
President: The head of the club is Vladimir Đorđević.
Coach: In the 2025/26 season, the team will be led by Nenad Lalatović.
Club colors: The traditional colors of Mladost are blue and white.
