Over the decades, they have achieved significant sporting success, including 13 Hamilton Spectator Cup championships and two Ontario Cup trophies (1982 and 1998). They have also won „Srbijada“ twice, the largest Serbian soccer tournament in North America. For their contributions and longevity, the club was inducted into the Hamilton District Soccer Association Hall of Fame in 2014 as a „Club of Distinction.“.
Today, the club places a special focus on its youth academy (Hamilton Serbian Youth Soccer Club), which brings together between 250 and 300 children annually. They have their own fields in Binbrook and are working to obtain the official „Quality Soccer Provider“ license from the Canadian Soccer Association in 2025, which confirms their quality of work and safe environment for developing young athletes.
