Teo Alili is a talented defender who has been playing for the Slovenian team NK Krka from Novo Mesto since 2026. Although he primarily plays as a left-back, Teo is also excellent at playing as a left-winger, bringing great penetration and speed to the team on the flanks. Under the guidance of coach Slaviša Stanojević, wearing the number 22 jersey, he is developing into a modern „all-rounder“ who equally performs defensive and offensive tasks with high quality.
His game is characterized by exceptional agility and the ability to change direction quickly, which allows him to easily dispossess opponents. As a player with strong work ethic and athletic build, Teo is recognized as a fighter who doesn't give up on duels, but also as a creative player with excellent game vision and precise passing. Before coming to Slovenia, Teo spent six seasons (2019-2025) gaining his football education in North Macedonia, playing for FK Teteks from Tetovo.
He is distinguished by his excellent off-ball movement and accurate crossing, and with regular appearances and goals scored in tournaments, he significantly contributes to his team's successes.
