Rinor Saliji is a footballer with an athletic build, predominantly uses his right foot, and his primary position is right winger. His playing style is characterized by agility and speed, with the ability to beat opponents one-on-one, penetrate the penalty area, and utilize strength and technique to score goals. Additionally, he can also play as a central midfielder, where he demonstrates team play and the ability to build attacks.
He began his career at Talenti Academy (2023/2024), then played for Gostivari (2024/2025), and since 2025 he has been playing for Arsimi under the guidance of coaches Beqir Sinani and Admir Demiri. His technical skills include shooting, ball control, and build-up play, while his physical characteristics allow him to be a constant threat to the opponent's defense.
