A team formed in 2017, where future athletes and healthy young people are carefully nurtured. Our training process is built on the foundations of state-of-the-art European methodologies for the development of young footballers, and every activity on the field is strictly adapted to the age and individual abilities of the child.

We focus on working with young players up to 16 years old. We are aware that these years are crucial for laying the foundation that will define their future athletic and life path. Everyone who is part of our football family gets the opportunity to grow in a healthy environment, respecting the natural development of the child, thus ensuring the maximum effectiveness of each training session.

An environment where character, discipline, and a love for sports are built. The training process is based on modern methods for developing young footballers, adapted to the age and individual abilities of each child. Technical-tactical education, motor development, and proper physical conditioning are all part of the program. Training sessions are structured with a clear goal: to develop player intelligence, decision-making on the field, and an understanding of modern football.

FK Butel holds its training sessions at the Sports and Recreation Center Radisani in Skopje, with excellent conditions for work and training. Our field is where dreams become reality and where character, discipline, and sportsmanship are built. Training sessions are led by UEFA licensed coaches with a professional approach and an organized work program by age group.
