FK Radnik Bijeljina is a football club from Bijeljina, Republika Srpska, which plays in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The greatest success in the club's history was achieved in the 2015/16 season. by winning the BiH Cup, which secured the first appearance on the European stage. Radnik recorded their first victory in European competitions in the 2019/20 season, when they beat Spartak Trnava 2:0 at the City Stadium in Banja Luka.

Club history
Before the Second World War, the predecessors of today's Radnik were the Podrinje, Zora and Radnički clubs. On June 14, 1945, FK Radnik was founded, which has kept that name until today, except for the period 1995-1997. when it was called FK Pantheri Bijeljina. The club won its first trophy in 1948, becoming the champion of the Tuzla region by defeating Sloboda from Tuzla. Already in 1949, Radnik reached the sixteenth round of the SFRY Cup, and in 1957, he competed in the Novi Sad-Srem zone.

The club achieved its greatest success in that period in the 1971/72 season, when it won the title of champion of the Republic League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the barrage for entry into the Second League of the SFRY, Radnik defeated Sloga from Vukovar with 4:0 in Bijeljina and 8:0 in Vukovar, thus winning a place in a higher rank.
