Vision and foundation: A combination of football and futsal

What FA SPARKS what sets it apart from other football schools is its unique foundation. The Academy is the result of the cooperation of top sports experts and enthusiasts. He participated in the founding Enes Delic, the founder of Futsal Club Novi Pazar, whose experience in the world of futsal brought the necessary dynamism to our program. Together with him, they form the professional pillar of the academy Demir Spica, Aldin Gurdijeljac i Enver Alivodic-names that are well known to football fans and that guarantee top quality work.

This combination of futsal and big football is not accidental. We believe that the modern game has become faster, more demanding and to be solved in a small space. By implementing futsal techniques in soccer training, our participants develop exceptional ball control, quick thinking and resourcefulness that standard methods often neglect.

Our methodology: Development through play and technical perfection

U FA SPARKS, the focus is placed on three key pillars of a young player's development: technical training, tactical literacy and the development of motor skills.

• Technical training and individual quality: Through intensive work on 1 on 1 and 2 on 2 situations, we develop children's self-confidence and creativity. We believe that every player must be a master with the ball before becoming part of the team's tactics. Our training sessions are designed to encourage dribbling, accurate passing and finishing, creating players who are not afraid to take charge.
• Tactical intelligence: As the children grow, so does our program. From the basic elements of the game, we move on to more complex systems, teaching children to understand space, movement without the ball and teamwork. Our goal is that players who "read" the game, and not just play it, come out of the academy.
• Motor skills and physical development: We are aware of the importance of physical preparation at an early age. Our motor development programs focus on coordination, agility, speed and balance. We use modern methods adapted to the child's age, ensuring that their physical apparatus develops healthily and correctly, with minimal risk of injury.
