The FK Bregalnica Štip youth academy represents one of the most important pillars of football in Eastern Macedonia. With a tradition dating back to 1921, our club has been the starting point for many legends over the decades who have brought fame to Štip football throughout the region and Europe. Today, the academy functions as a modern talent development system, providing children with ideal conditions to turn their first football steps into a professional career.
The main goal of our school is not only to create top-tier football players but also to build healthy, disciplined, and educated young people. Fk Bregalnica encompasses all age groups, starting from the youngest „cubs“ all the way to the elite youth selection. All of our competitive teams compete in the highest ranks of Macedonian youth football, where they regularly contend with the best academies in the country. Participation in prestigious domestic and international tournaments allows our members to gain invaluable experience and test their strength against peers from different countries.
