OFK Grbalj: Radanović's Pride and a Cult Club from the Montenegrin Coast
When discussing football on the Montenegrin coast, the Youth Football Club Grbalj (OFK Grbalj) stands out as one of the most recognizable and stable sports names. Founded in 1970, the club originates from the town of Radanovići (Grbalj region) in the municipality of Kotor. Distinctive for their club colors, the tricolor (red, blue, and white), Grbalj's footballers have built a reputation throughout their history for a team with a strong, unwavering character and an excellent home ground.

OFK Grbalj's most renowned asset, and the reason scouts from across the region keep them in their notebooks, is their outstanding youth academy. For decades, the club has been considered one of the best development centers in Montenegro. The club's philosophy is clear: the focus is on developing their own players and giving young footballers opportunities in senior football very early in their careers.
Many great names have gone through the Grblje academy and its first team, with the most famous and brightest example being Montenegrin national team player and international Igor Vujačić (former captain of Partizan), as well as national team goalkeeper Matija Šarkić, and many other footballers who have built serious European careers through Radanović.
