Winner Football School is a sports organization dedicated to the development of football among children aged 5 to 12 in Belgrade. Training is based on playing, working with the ball and developing a love for the sport, with professional and licensed coaches supporting all ages. From beginners to more talented players. The soccer school "Winner" from Belgrade represents much more than an ordinary sports team. It is a pedagogical institution dedicated to the proper development of children aged 5 to 12 years. Founded with the vision that sport becomes an integral part of every child's upbringing, the school focuses on building not only football skills, but also the character of young athletes through play, discipline and expert supervision. The very name "Winner" carries strong symbolism. The goal of the club is not exclusively to triumph, but to create winners in life, children who are confident, socialized and healthy. Located in several key locations in Belgrade, the school offers a safe and stimulating environment where every child gets the opportunity to develop their full potential, regardless of the level of talent they come with.
The heart and strength of the club is the coaching team made up of top professionals with many years of experience in working with younger categories. The team is headed by Srđan Krsmanović, sports and physical education teacher with the prestigious UEFA A license, which guarantees the highest level of expertise. Children are trained with him Slobodan Pejić, a senior football coach, and Ivan Stefanović, a specialist in working with the youngest with a UEFA B license.
The work methodology is strictly adapted to the age categories. The training sessions are designed to follow the child's natural development path, where in the youngest groups the emphasis is placed on coordination, motor skills and getting to know the ball through play. As the children grow, the program becomes more complex, focusing on technical elements, tactical thinking and specific physical preparation, with the constant support and pedagogical approach of the coach.
Training sessions at ŠF Winner are carefully planned in order to maintain a balance between fun and serious sports work. The standard program involves working in groups where team spirit and social intelligence are developed. However, for those children who show a special affinity or want to progress faster, the club also offers individual training. These „"one on one"“ appointments allow coaches to focus on specific details in the child's technique, correcting minor flaws and perfecting talent that is sometimes difficult to distinguish in group training.
Football development in "Winner" does not end with the end of the regular season. The club is known for organizing summer and winter soccer camps that represent an ideal combination of sport and adventure. Staying in nature, away from the city crowd, allows children to get closer to their peers, gain independence and train in different conditions.
Apart from the camps, the club actively participates in numerous leagues (such as the Fair Play League) and tournaments throughout the country and region. From Belgrade to Ohrid, Plovdiv or Sarajevo, the kids from "Winner" regularly travel, get to know new cultures and gain invaluable experience competing against their peers from different football schools. These tournaments are key to building mental strength and learning important lessons about winning and losing.
The main mission of the club is for the children to remember the time spent at school for good company, trips and smiles. Enrollment is open throughout the year, and parents are often offered the possibility of trial training in order to make sure of the quality of work and so that the child can feel the atmosphere before officially joining the team. With locations in New Belgrade, Zvezdara and Ada Ciganlija, ŠF Winner is available to children from all parts of the city, providing them with top-quality conditions in modernly equipped balloons and on open fields.
