The youth school of the football club Vojvodina from Novi Sad has been one of the most important pillars of football development in the Balkans for decades. Since 2012, the school proudly bears the name of Ilija Pantelić, to a man who was synonymous with club loyalty, expertise and vision. The basic principle of the "Ilija Pantelić" school is to instill in children, in addition to top football education, real life values. Work at school is based on Code of Conduct, which is mandatory for all members. The training process is adapted to the age and includes work with 11 junior selections.
