The Serbian Youth League, one of the most significant events in children's football in Serbia, will be held from April 3-5, 2026 in Šabac, where the final tournament for the champion awaits us for the 2016 generation. The host of this grand sporting spectacle is the SC „Phoenix“ balloon, which will bring together the best young footballers from all over the country for three days.
The tournament is organized by the Association of Children's Football Tournaments of Serbia, as the authorized technical organizer of the Mini Maxi League of Serbia, and the finals represent the culmination of the season and an opportunity to identify the most talented players of this age group.
The elite of young football in one place
The teams are divided into four groups (A, B, C, and D), where they will decide who continues the fight for the title through the group stage. Each group has six teams, and only the top four teams advance to the knockout stage, which guarantees great competition and uncertain matches from the very start.

Dynamic schedule and three days of top-notch football
The tournament begins on Friday, April 3rd, with group stage matches scheduled. Exciting duels such as Mačva-Pčelinjo, Crvena zvezda-RFC Inđija, and Akademija Rađ-Vuk are expected on the very first day, which will provide an initial glimpse into the teams' form.
Saturday is reserved for the continuation of the group stage, where decisive matches for qualification to the knockout round will be played. Tension is rising, and every goal can determine a team's fate. The most uncertain encounters are expected on this day, as teams enter with a clear goal – to advance among the top 16.
Sunday brings the most important part - the tournament finale. The knockout stage begins at 09:00 AM, and through elimination matches, we will determine the semi-finalists, finalists, and ultimately, the tournament winner. The third-place match will be played at 16:00, while the grand finale is scheduled for 16:20. Following the finale, there will be a ceremonial awards and recognition ceremony for the best teams and individuals.

Rules and competition format
The tournament is played according to the Mini Maxi system rules, in a 5+1 format, which allows for dynamic and attractive play with many goal-scoring opportunities. Each team can have a maximum of 15 players, while matches last 2 halves of 12.5 minutes each.
In the group stage, a point system is applied, and standings are determined based on points, head-to-head results, goal difference, and goals scored. In the knockout stage, in case of a draw, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout, which further increases excitement and uncertainty.
It is important to note that all players must have valid medical examinations and identification documents, while playing is permitted solely in sneakers, without cleats.

The Serbian Midi League Championship tournament is not just a competition, but also a platform for developing young talent. Many players take their first serious steps towards a professional career precisely at tournaments like this.

The tournament is being held in the modern SC „Feniks“ dome in Šabac, which offers excellent conditions for play and organization. Complete logistics, including medical services and technical support, will be provided throughout all three days to ensure all participants have the best possible playing conditions.
